Downtown Taunton Business Improvement District (BID) The Downtown Taunton Business Improvement District (BID) is a nonprofit partnership of Downtown property owners founded in 2010. The BID provides maintenance, beautification, marketing, and support services to Taunton's central business district. Downtown Taunton Foundation (DTF) The Downtown Taunton Foundation (DTF) is a nonprofit, charitable organization that promotes Downtown Taunton's vitality, livability, and growth through arts and cultural programs, creative economy development, and sustainable real estate projects.
